Homework (content submission) typically takes 2 weeks to fit into your normal schedule. Homework must be completed prior to the Project’s start date so that I have all the content I need to make you an amazing website! Additionally, we’ll have a pre-design consult call on the Project start date, frequent email communication within the 2-3 design period, and a final 1.5 hour launch call and training session on your website launch date. I know that as artists/creatives we often are wearing many hats and living very full lives—with this is mind I strive to keep the design process as smooth and streamlined for you as possible.

Yes! Different payment plans are available depending on the project estimate and your individual budgeting needs. Just let me know during our consult call and we can work out a plan that works for you.

No--I want you to feel empowered to manage your website and make changes as needed! One of the benefits of using Squarespace is it’s user-friendly interface. Also, a 1.5 launch call and training session is included in every website package, to help you get familiar with using and updating your new website. However, I am always available if you have questions, and/or if you’d like to hire me at my hourly rate for larger edits, additions, or design refreshes down the road.

Yes. Squarespace does require a fee for both their hosting plan and domain. This fee is separate from the design package I offer, and it's your responsibility to keep up with it to ensure your website remains active. You can check Squarespace's current pricing here.

Once you've paid the full amount for the design package we've agreed upon, there won't be any ongoing fees from my end.

The only circumstance in which there could be ongoing fees is if you would like to hire me for larger edits, additions, or design refreshes down the road or for ongoing support on a regular basis. This would be a separate agreement I’d arrange with you, depending on your individual needs and my availability.
